The Galaxy Watch 6 and 6 Classic colors are gold, black, silver and graphite, and the original colors for the Galaxy Watch 5 series are graphite, silver, pink gold, purple, sapphire and black. Just note that there is limited availability for these older models and quite a few colors are no longer available.
