Summer is almost here and it’s bringing scorching temps and even hotter deals. June 2026 is set to feature the biggest sales of the year so far. This year is special, too, because we’re getting an early start to save. Usually, we’d have to wait until July for Amazon to kick off the summer sales with its Prime Day event, but the retail giant has opted for a June Prime Day this year. Naturally, others are taking note and hopping on board the train to dealsville.
We’re expecting to see massive discounts from all your favorite retailers, which is a win for everyone. To help you make the most of the events this month, we’ve gathered all the details in one place. We’ll keep this article updated as more dates are announced. As of right now, we can confirm that Amazon, Target and Walmart have all announced official dates for later this month. Best Buy is also preparing to announce its own sale, according to a report from 9to5Toys. Here’s what we know:
The official start date is still a few weeks away, but we’re already gathering early Prime Day deals for you right now. Amazon says, “Prime members will be able to take advantage of deep discounts on everything from electronics, kitchen, beauty, and apparel to fresh groceries and everyday pantry and household essentials — plus get their back-to-school shopping done early, avoiding the lines and enjoying fast, free delivery with Prime.”
While you don’t have to be a Prime member to shop the sale, signing up for Prime would open up a wider selection of deals and discounts.
According to 9to5Toys, Best Buy will kick off its sale a day before Amazon and run for a full week. A rep for the retailer has reportedly said this will be one of its “biggest sale events of the summer.” There will be savings on all the usual tech, including laptops, TVs and home appliances from top brands. There will also be “exclusive offers” for My Best Buy Plus and Total members.
Target is bringing back its Circle Deal Days. The four-day sale event will offer up to 45% off thousands of items across all categories, including back-to-school gear. The event kicks off on June 23, but members of Target Circle 360, the paid membership tier, will get early access starting June 22.

Walmart has everything you need for less, kicking off on June 22. You can shop on the site, through the app or in store to secure your savings. Walmart Plus members will get special perks, including early access to deals. You don’t need to sign up to shop, but a membership would help you get faster access to the best drops.
