Do Verizon’s Black Friday deals require a contract?
Generally, yes. The vast majority of Verizon’s current deals will require you to activate your device on a plan with a multiyear postpaid contract — particularly its trade-in and new line deals. The savings are then distributed as bill credits over a 36-month period.
However, the carrier does have a small handful of direct discounts for Black Friday, which are still available, such as $100 off the Beats Studio Pro. These deals don’t have any special conditions or requirements, so there’s no contract needed to get the savings.
