Amazon has kicked off October’s Prime Day early with lots of great deals in the tech space. Naturally, many of these offers concern the online giant’s own products. The one we’re highlighting here is a bundle price of just $18 for an Echo Pop speaker and TP-Link Tapo smart color bulb. Usually found for $65, a sizable 72% deduction has been applied, meaning you save $47 for picking it up. It’s also the cheapest it’s ever been at Amazon to date.
The Echo Pop is a nifty, small Echo device that comes with Amazon Alexa built-in for all your digital assistant needs. It’s also a great way to control your smart home, whether you’re kicking off afresh with your free bulb or expanding an existing system. It’s available to pick up in a variety of colors, including charcoal, glacier white, lavender bloom and midnight teal.

Speaking of that bulb, it’s a 60-watt equivalent and includes instant pairing and support for 16 million colors. We’re not sure anyone needs that many colors in their life, but who are we to judge? Between the Echo Pop and your new bulb, you’ll be controlling your lighting situation like a boss, whether you use Alexa or the app on your phone. We saw it slightly cheaper during Prime Day for $20, however, this is still a great discount worth considering.
