3D printers are increasing in popularity every day. With that, they are becoming more accessible as well. Previously, getting a good 3D printer would run you hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. But thanks to Amazon’s Prime Day event, many big-name 3D printers are slashing prices.

Hey, did you know? CNET Deals texts are free, easy and save you money.

The Anycubic Kobra S1 Combo 3D printer is normally $749, but a nice $290 discount has dropped that price down to $459. But hurry, you only have two more days to snag this offer.

Anycubic is known for making some of the best budget 3D printers in the game, and this one is no exception. It makes great quality prints. It has a large display, plus it’s fully enclosed. Our expert on 3D printers, James Bricknell, compared it to the Bambu Labs 3D printers, specifically the P1P combo. “The combination of color system, speed and quality seemed like a pipe dream for most manufacturers,” Bricknell says. “That’s all changed in early 2025, with several companies finally taking a stab at the color combo.”

Another thing that he loved was the price. This printer, at full price, is a great deal considering the features and specs. At almost $300 off, it’s almost impossible to say no to.

And, with all these savings, you can afford to grab some material while you’re at it. If you’re looking for some great PLA to start your time with the S1, this deal from Overture might be worth looking at. If the S1 doesn’t feel like the right choice for you, then check out the other 3D printer deals we’ve seen this Prime Day.

Why this deal matters

3D printers do not come cheap, especially if you want one of any quality. This Anycubic printer is now less than $500 and comparable with others that are over $1,000. The only catch is that this offer expires in two days. If you’re considering it, it’s worth a purchase as it’s a great price and the clock is ticking.
