Samsung’s latest Galaxy S25 devices are some of the best Androids you can buy right now. Many of their models easily made it to our list of the best phones for 2026, giving you plenty of fantastic options within this phone series. Samsung has truly outdone itself with its batch of Galaxy S25 devices, though the Edge is definitely its most enticing option.

Our deal experts have rounded up the best bargains available, including straightforward discounts, trade‑in savings and new line offers at carriers. Deals are fairly consistent, but the details change frequently — especially as we get closer to Samsung’s annual refresh of its flagship line, which usually happens in February. We’ll continue to update this page with the latest info, so check back when you’re ready to upgrade.

The 2025 models include a custom‑built Snapdragon 8 Elite chip to support the new AI features. The phones are outfitted with Corning’s Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and aluminum frames, plus seven years of OS and security updates, to stretch your dollar further. The S25 Ultra now has rounded edges (matching the rest of the lineup) and a larger 6.9‑inch display.

Best Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge deals

The new Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge packs many of the same features from the original lineup into a thinner, lighter package. It retains the 200‑megapixel wide camera from the Ultra and the 6.7‑inch display from the Plus, but features a new 5.8mm titanium frame and weighs just 163 grams. Price‑wise, it falls between the S25 Plus and Ultra at $1,100, but you can score one for less right now thanks to excellent offers.

Samsung is currently offering up to $530 of trade-in savings if you’ve got an eligible device. The latest Samsung and Apple phones will net you the full discount, while Google devices will be worth significantly less.

Most Galaxy S25 Edge configurations are being sold through third-party sellers on Amazon, which we recommend avoiding. However, the online retailer has the 512GB titanium jetblack variant on sale for $890, over $330 off the usual price. Amazon also offers its own trade-in program, where you can save up to $600 for your old device.

How much does the Galaxy S25 lineup cost?

The five Galaxy S25 models are available in various storage configurations. Starting prices for each model are as follows:

  • Samsung Galaxy S25 FE: $650
  • Samsung Galaxy S25: $800
  • Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus: $1,000
  • Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge: $1,100
  • Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra: $1,300

In terms of configuration upgrades, the base S25 RAM is increasing from the 8GB of its predecessor to 12GB of RAM, which means that all phones (except the S25 FE) will now start at 12GB of RAM. The regular S25 comes with either 128GB or 256GB of storage, while the S25 Plus and S25 Edge come with either 256GB or 512GB of storage. The S25 Ultra is available with 256GB, 512GB or 1TB of storage.

The more affordable Galaxy S25 FE is also available with either 128GB or 256GB of storage, but both configurations only have 8GB of RAM.

Which colors does the Galaxy S25 lineup come in?

The flagship Samsung Galaxy S25 lineup (Galaxy S25, S25 Plus and S25 Ultra) comes in navy, icy blue, mint and silver shadow, as well as the online-exclusive colors blue-black, coral-red and pink-gold. The new Galaxy S25 Edge is only available in jet-black, icy blue and silver, while the Galaxy S25 FE comes in icy blue, jet-black, navy or white.

Should I buy the Galaxy S25 from a retailer or a carrier?

This depends on what you’re looking for. If you buy the phone from a retailer, the phone will probably be unlocked, meaning you can use it with any carrier. If you’ve been thinking about changing your phone plan sometime soon, this is a great way to get your hands on the new phone without committing to a carrier long term.

However, if you already have a carrier plan, you might be eligible for offers on the S25 if you choose to add a line or trade in another device. If you’re planning on staying with your current phone plan, it’s worth seeing what your carrier is offering.
