Black Friday Is Wrapped but Apple’s Biggest Price Drops Haven’t – Grab Them Before They’re Gone

Black Friday has come and gone but plenty of standout Apple deals are still sticking around. We’ve seen a slew of deals across nearly every category — including tech that doesn’t get discounted often. Apple devices, namely phones, tablets, laptops and smartwatches, are all seeing rare discounts right now. These deals aren’t limited to just one retailer either. Apple products are usually on the expensive side, but CNET editors reliably rate them among the top performers, making these deals even more valuable. Grab them before they’re gone.

Apple doesn’t run discounts on its own online store, or in its physical retail stores. However, now through Dec. 1, purchases made directly at Apple can earn you Apple Gift cards. If you’re more in the mood for savings, all the big retailers, including Amazon, Walmart and Best Buy, are offering lower prices on Apple’s top products. It is a great time to grab an Apple device for yourself or as a holiday gift for a loved one.

To help you get the best value, CNET’s deal experts have combed through all the deals to curate the best Apple device bargains that are live right now. But act fast, as prices can change and sell-out risks are real, especially with Apple products.

We’ll continue to update this list throughout the remaining hours of Black Friday and beyond, so bookmark this page and check back often.

Best Black Friday Apple device deals

Apple MacBook Air M4 (13-inch): $749

This M4 MacBook Air is the latest addition to Apple’s most lightweight lineup and our overall favorite laptop on the market right now. The basic 256GB model is on sale for $250 off, or you can get double the storage and still score a $250 discount. The 15-inch model is also on sale for those who prefer a larger display.

Apple MacBook Pro M5 (14-inch): $1,549

The brand-new 2025 Pro is the most advanced MacBook in Apple’s lineup, and it’s the only model that has the cutting-edge M5 processor. There’s only a single configuration on sale at the moment, which comes in space black and has 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. This is one of the first-ever discounts we’ve seen on the 2025 M5 MacBook Pro and it drops the price to a record low.

Apple iPad A16 (11-inch): $274

The 11th-gen 2025 iPad is the latest model in Apple’s flagship lineup and one of our absolute favorite tablets on the market right now. It features 128GB of base storage and an upgraded A16 processor, as well as a vibrant 11-inch Liquid Retina display. Plus, Wi-Fi 6 support means speedy web performance, and the 12MP rear camera can even capture 4K videos.

  • Apple Watch Ultra 2 (GPS + Cellular 49mm): $599 (save $200). One of the more reasonable price tags we’ve seen on Apple’s last-gen Ultra watch.

Best Black Friday iPhone deals

Apple iPhone 17 at Verizon: $0

The iPhone 17 is Apple’s latest and greatest flagship model, and one of our experts’ overall favorite phones for 2025. You can put one in your pocket for free with a new line on an Unlimited Welcome, Plus or Ultimate plan right now at Verizon.

Apple iPhone Air at T-Mobile: $0

The surprisingly durable iPhone Air is Apple’s thinnest phone to date, and T-Mobile is offering plenty of ways to snag one for less. You can pick it up for free with a trade-in of any condition on an Experience Beyond or Go5G next plan, or when you switch to an Experience Beyond plan from another carrier.

T-Mobile offers tons of other trade-in and new line discounts, which will depend on which plan you have.

Apple iPhone 16E at Best Buy: $550

I doubt we’ll see any unlocked iPhone 17 deals this Black Friday, but you can pick up Apple’s latest affordable model for less. It has the same A18 processor as the previous-gen iPhone 16, and our reviewer found that it still “does most of the Apple stuff I want.”

Best Black Friday Apple accessory deals

The Pencil Pro is the most advanced stylus available for Apple users and offers some unique new features for the latest iPad Air and Pro models. It supports haptic feedback, which helps “improve the feel of drawing and painting,” and it adds new squeeze and roll gestures that make it easy to switch between brushes, sizes and colors. Just note that this stylus is only compatible with select iPad models.

Apple Magic Keyboard Folio: $199

Take your Apple tablet to the next level with this detachable keyboard case. The large click-anywhere trackpad supports multitouch gestures and a cursor. Just note that it’s only compatible with the current iPad A16.

Apple AirTags (4-pack): $63

Apple’s sleek and simple AirTags are one of the easiest ways to keep track of your bag, keys, wallet or just about anything else you don’t want to lose. This Black Friday deal offers scores you a four-pack for just $65, which is only $1 more than the record-low price. That drops the price down to just $16 apiece, saving you $13 compared to what they’d cost you individually.

Apple 35W dual USB-C power adapter: $29

This compact two-in-one wall adapter has two USB-C ports and supports 35-watt fast charging. It’s great for travel and works with iPhones, iPads, AirPods and even the MacBook Air.

Is Apple offering Black Friday discounts?

Apple rarely discounts its devices directly during Black Friday. Instead, retailers often take the lead. At present, Apple isn’t offering any direct price cuts, but it is hosting a shopping event where you can earn gift cards with eligible purchases from now through Dec. 1. However, your best bet for straightforward discounts on Apple products is to shop trusted resellers (Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart) and act quickly when a standout deal appears.

Is Walmart an authorized Apple dealer?

Yes, Walmart is an “Apple Authorized Reseller,” which means it can sell new Apple products (including iPhones, iPads and MacBooks) in‑store and online. When you purchase through a legitimate authorized reseller, you still receive Apple’s standard warranty and support. In 2024, Walmart began selling certain MacBook models directly, making it the first time customers could purchase a Mac directly from Walmart. You should still verify the product condition (new vs. open‑box/older stock) and the retailer’s return policy, but rest assured: Walmart is an official channel for Apple gear.

How do we find the best Black Friday Apple deals?

Our CNET team tracks the best Apple device deals by comparing current pricing to historical lows, validating model years and configurations, and monitoring major retailers such as Amazon, Best Buy and Walmart. We constantly review and update our lists of the best iPhones, iPads, MacBooks and other technology inside and outside Apple’s ecosystem. We also check trusted deal tracking sources and press coverage to confirm whether a discount is genuinely strong or simply marketing dressed up as a so‑called deal. Notably, we already saw multiple record‑low prices today and expect more to come (and go) through the weekend.

Where can I find the best Black Friday Apple deals?

Major retailers such as Amazon, Walmart and Best Buy are among your best bets, but you’ll also want to keep an eye on smaller online electronics retailers including Adorama and B&H, which frequently offer Apple savings, as well as other Apple‑centric resellers. These smaller players can sometimes drop deeper discounts or bundle exclusive offers (cash‑back, gift cards, etc.). Don’t forget to check shipping and return terms, and compare across sites before purchasing.

What time of year are Apple products the cheapest?

Historically, the best time to get appreciable discounts on Apple products is around Black Friday and Cyber Monday. That holds true in 2025, too. Throughout Black Friday we’ve seen a few additional deals roll out, but be quick. Offers can sell out or revert and aren’t guaranteed through Cyber Monday. If you spot a price that seems like a standout and matches past historical lows, it may be wise to buy rather than wait and risk losing out to loss of stock or higher prices.

Best Black Friday retailers

  • Amazon: One of the world’s largest online retailers, Amazon offers massive discounts with significant savings on tech, home appliances, and smart home equipment.
  • Walmart: Save big on televisions, laptops, appliances like refrigerators and more at Walmart’s Black Friday event.
  • Best Buy: Black Friday is historically a great time to buy TVs, and Best Buy has you covered for that and more.
  • Home Depot: Eyeing home improvement tools? Home Depot has the best discounts on tools, appliances, and even grills.
  • Target: It may not be as big on Black Friday as other retailers, but Target does offer some great deals on toys, gifts and board games.
