There are plenty of retailer and carrier deals that can help you save hundreds or even help you score one of these fantastic new phones for free. We’ve combed through the internet help you save on the Galaxy S25, S25 Plus or S25 Ultra and compiled all available deals below.

Shopping an unlocked phone from a retailer is a great idea if you aren’t sure what phone plan you want yet or if you want the flexibility to change your plan in the next year or two.

Samsung is offering some serious trade-in credit that can save you up to $500 on the basic S25, $700 on the S25 Plus and $900 on the S25 Ultra. Plus, there are discounts on configurations with upgraded storage that can save you up to $300 instantly. Ordering directly from Samsung also gives you access to exclusive colors.

Best Buy is not offering any direct discounts right now on unlocked models, but it is throwing in a free Best Buy gift card with your S25 series purchase. Ordering the basic S25 will score you a $50 gift card, the S25 Plus gets you a $100 gift card and the S25 Ultra will net you a gift card worth $200. Additionally, if you use Best Buy’s trade-in program you can save up to $500 on the S25, up to $700 on the S25 Plus or up to $900 on the S25 Ultra. You can check your trade-in value ahead of time directly on Best Buy’s site.

There are also carrier deals happening through Best Buy that you may not want to overlook. If you’re looking to pick up the S25 Ultra and don’t mind signing up with a carrier, you can save an extra $100 with same-day activation.

Best Samsung Galaxy S25 carrier deals

These are some of the best deals you can get if you’re planning on adding the new S25 onto a phone plan.

AT&T is offering you a chance to get any new S25 phone for free with an eligible trade-in. To get the basic Galaxy S25 or S25, your device needs to be valued at only $35 or more, which also includes any Samsung Galaxy S, Z or Note series phone from any year and in any condition. The S25 Ultra requires a trade-in valued at $230 or more. Discounts will be applied as bill credits over a 36-month period.

Other offers include a Galaxy Tab A9 Plus 5G or a Galaxy Watch FE for just $1 per month when bundled with this purchase, but you’ll need a new line for these devices as well. For a limited time, you can save 50% on select Samsung accessories with this purchase as well.

T-Mobile is offering up to $1,000 off of the new Galaxy S25 series when you trade in an eligible phone on a Go5G Plus or Go5G Next plan. You can also save up to $800 with both a new line and a trade-in, or just a new line on the Go5G Plus plan. If that’s not for you, there’s also the option to save up to $600 with a new line on most of the company’s plans or up to $500 with a trade-in on most plans. It is important to note that these savings are delivered via monthly bill credits over a 24-month period, so you’ll need to keep the plan to fully redeem this deal.

People adding a new line can score some serious savings on the Galaxy S25 series right now at Verizon. A new line on a qualifying Unlimited plan scores you the basic S25 or the S25 Plus for free or knocks $1,120 off the S25 Ultra.

Another deal saves you up to $1,000 with both an eligible trade-in and a new myPlan line, which gets you the basic S25 or S25 Plus for free and drops the S25 Ultra to just $8 per month. You can also get a Galaxy Watch 7 or Galaxy Tab S9 FE 5G for free with your Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus purchase. Just note that a new line will also be required for these devices to get this deal.

Note that you’ll need to join an Unlimited Plus or Flexible plan to take advantage of this offer.

At Boost Mobile, you can order the Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus for $0 down and $0 a month with the Infinite Access for Galaxy $65 plan. The Galaxy S25 Ultra will cost a little more, coming in at an additional $8.33 per month, and it will also require getting the Infinite Access for Galaxy $65 plan. After maintaining the plan for 12 months, any of the three models is considered fully paid off and yours to keep. How much does the Galaxy S25 lineup cost?

The three models of the Galaxy S25 are available in various storage configurations. US pricing for each model is as follows:

  • Samsung Galaxy S25 price: $800
  • Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus price: $1,000
  • Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra price: $1,300

In terms of configuration upgrades, the base S25 RAM is increasing from the 8GB of its predecessor to 12GB of RAM. That means that all three phones will now start at 12GB of RAM. The regular S25 comes with either 128GB or 256GB of storage, while the S25 Plus comes with either 256GB or 512GB of storage. The S25 Ultra is available with 256GB, 512GB or 1TB of storage.
