Reds are linear and incredibly smooth and quiet, requiring the least actuation force; typically, these are best for gaming. The last is clicky, which is the loudest and typically need the most pressure to activate. If you’re new to mechanical keyboards, some further research may be required to figure out which type of switch you prefer. I personally like tactile ones.
